Esmark Realty, LLC is a subsidiary of Esmark, Inc., and is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of premier real estate properties including office buildings, private clubs, commercial/industrial facilities and other assets.
The company’s real estate portfolio is managed by professionals with decades of experience in identifying, acquiring, developing, building and managing prime real estate properties. Esmark Realty continues to seek new opportunities to complement its existing real estate holdings.
Esmark currently owns, operates and leases 65 acres of land and 520,000 square feet of industrial space in Southwest Chicago, 25 acres and 160,000 square feet of industrial space in northeastern Ohio, and 17 acres and 125,000 square feet of industrial space in Western Pennsylvania.
