ESMARK SUBSIDIARIES

Esmark Aviation, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Esmark, Inc., is engaged in the acquisition, ownership and leasing of business aircraft for private charter and emergency medical response services around the world.

Esmark Aviation owns and operates a fleet of Cessna Citation business aircraft for charter or lease. The fleet includes a Citation X, two Citation V Ultras and a Citation II. The company also provides specially-configured medical aircraft for contract flights including organ transplants and critical care, time-sensitive response services.

Esmark has a long-term partnership with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic to provide emergency response medical flights, organ transport flights and other services for the clinic’s staff and patients. Esmark Aviation’s flight management company is Aitheras Aviation Group, a leading Midwest flight management services company that employs 16 pilots, dispatchers, maintenance and other operational support staff. Aitheras Aviation manages the two Citation V Ultras and the Citation II used to support the Cleveland Clinic out of Cleveland, while Corporate Air manages the Citation X aircraft for corporate services and charitable/humanitarian causes out of Pittsburgh International Airport.
