Mamula, Reporter Beaver-based Heritage Valley Health System is planning to open a medical mall in Edgeworth, with plans for another - the system’s third - for Robinson Township. Heritage Valley Edgeworth will take up about two-thirds of a new 40,000-square-foot building, which will be located on Ohio River Boulevard.
